Nagoya Collection, also known as ‘NACO’, a fashion show that specifically highlights the fashion trends for girl’s who live in Nagoya, was recently held in the center of Nagoya at the Aichi Gymnasium (next to the Nagoya Castle). The models wore trends that are popular for the 2013 Spring and Summer season, such as ‘Neon color’- the ‘See-through-look’-and various patterns such as stripes, chess, floral, etc.
Here’s what to look for this season:
Denim×Denim often seems a little difficult to wear, but you can accent the blue by using color items to cleverly spice the outfit. You can also ‘sync’ your denimXdemin, by matching accessory colors, such as green belt, green socks, green, hat, etc.
It is becoming very fashionable to use Neon colors to add an extra effect and you’ll be with the ‘in’ crowd rocking your bright blues, yellows, pinks, and oranges. The models strutted these neon looks with confidence on the runway.
The pure white jacket is a must-have item because white brings a gentle, clean feel to coordinates, and with spring in the air, white is perfect for a season in which bright items (neon color, patterns like strip and floral) are in fashion! It is also very cool to just sport your jacket just off the shoulders.
The ‘see-through-look’ can be enhanced through layering and changing colors of under shirts and using patterns.
Pay attention 3D-prints being used by names such as PRADA-this look has already been seen in many stores.
Brands such as SMIL NASLI’ are incorporating all of these elements this spring. Models wore patterned shirts and bright colored pants or tights. Models were dressed with the aforementioned styles, colors, patterns, and had panache as they sashayed down the runway. This Spring & Summer is looking to be extremely fashionable; We’re looking forward to seeing the streets, parks, subways, clubs, and cafes filled with girls wearing colorful coordinates around Nagoya this season!
